The best mud and clays are selected, both local and from other states, the clay is mixed with water in a mill with river stones, which rotates to grind the lumps, the mill transforms the clay into a very liquid mud with the color and the consistency of chocolate water, this is poured into piles made of partition in order to extract the water from the mud, which is used to mold the tiles, when the mixture has the ideal consistency it is taken out of the piles and stored covering the mixed with rubber to conserve moisture, we proceed to knead and make the tile which is cut into different sizes, the piece is placed outdoors so that it is very dry and does not contain moisture so that the first burning can be carried out. a temperature of approximately 900 degrees Celsius, once the oven reaches this temperature the piece is ready, we call it jahuete and we proceed to select the best pieces for its initial enamelling. Once enamelled, we proceed to paint according to the specified designs where each one is painted manually and once painted they are burned again at a temperature of 1050 degrees Celsius, which makes our tile more resistant, once burned the tiles are selected and packaged.
